THE PIZZA CABINA MENU
PIZZAS
Our pizzas are made using a cold-rise dough with our own special homemade tomato sauce. They are between 12 and 14 inches, made from a generous 300 gram dough ball. All of our meat and most of our veggie toppings are cooked in the same wood fired oven for that special taste, using secret blends of herbs and spices. Where possible we source our ingredients locally using suppliers such as Cornish Sea Salt, Cornish Chillis and Cornish farm produce.

Choose this option once you've chose your pizza. Homemade cold-rise dough using only the finest gluten free flour. This is the GF margherita with spinach pesto. Check the crust - it is so similar to our regular dough, just without the gluten. We go to great lengths to avoid cross contamination though we cannot absolutely guarantee gluten free as this pizza is cooked in the same oven as our regular pizzas.
